Intermittently slowing down on the freeway sounds like (if not a fuel restriction) air getting into the line somewhere. If it now does not want to start, it seems as if you exacerbated the problem somehow. First, make sure you have clear airways and a good filter. Next, retrace your steps on all the projects you have done since you parked it to work on it. When you loosened/disconnected things, did they go back as they were before? I am not familiar with differences between my models and yours, so if these questions don't apply - forgive me.

- Did you screw the primer pump back down after pumping?
- Did you tighten down the bleed bolt after bleeding the air out?
- Are you sure the filter is full of fuel?
- Did you pop the stop valve out of the fuel filter housing and check the o-rings there? Is the stop valve open?

Start simple and work you way up from there.
