The ignition lock on my '87 seized, oh well, common problem. I got the key to turn after 2 hours of playing around, took the lock cylinder out and ordered a new one. Next day, I put it in and guess what: now it's stuck in "on" position! I ordered the ignition switch, took the f***in' assembly out, installed the switch, put it back together - key doesn't turn!
The housing is the only thing left; I took it out and it's rattling suspiciously... I guess I have to finally disable the '85 completely and get it out of there, the only question is, is it worth the effort? Has anybody ever had trouble with the lock housing?
