A couple of things you can do: First, get it degaussed. A magnetic field may have caused it to turn pink. If that doesn't work, you can use an old trick we did when a screen suffered burn in: Feed it a white source such as a camera aimed at a white poster board. This will reburn the screen and remove the pink if the pink tinge is a burn in. I'm betting the degaussing will do the trick.
