Check with Pioneer's service center. Not too long ago, I thought my Pioneer panel was toast, but after checking their website, I found out that they had a service campaign to fix the problem (dead power supply board) for free, part & service. Called it in and sure enough, they FedEx'd the part to the repair shop and the guy came out to the house. Even he was surprised that Pioneer was footing the bill for everything.

Even if there is no specific service campaign, it could be something as simple as a generator or sync circuit, probably not the panel itself.
