Remove the sunroof, remove the rear seal, remove all the crud out of the groove, use lots of soap to install the new seal and work from the ends. Don't work from one end to the other... If you do... You will find out why.

Work the seal with the soap downward rather that side to side. Piece of cake.

Use some sealant on the end flaps to secure them to the sunroof.

The hardest part is the removal and installation.
