I drive a w124 and i used to think that the driver's side in all w124s was manuallly operated . But i pried open the sidepanel covering the 3 screws for the driver's mirrror and i saw a cable connected to the mirror thru the door.

My questions :
1. does the w124 support automatic driver side mirror
2. what is the part no for such a configuration
3. where is the motor for controlling the mirror(if mine is automatic) located :in the mirror or somewhere else?
4. anybody got a pic of the center console of a car (w124) with double automatic side mirrors?
