I was able to reseal the upper sections today anyway. I would have gotten it all completed but I ran out of wood. I have attached pictures of the exterior. I did not do anything to the structure underneath yet. Used screws to put it together with. As long as I did not look down I was fine

I ended up using 1x6 ceder which worked out great. Notice the nice scaffolding I picked up
