Looks like he's on something else besides just alcohol.

His muscles are far too relaxed and uncontrollable for it to just be alcohol alone. At times, it looks like he's hallucinating.

Could be Salvia or Mushrooms. Smoked Salvia doesn't last that long, but taking it sub-lingual could do that. Whatever it is, it's definitely affecting him more the longer he's in the store.
