You can use a piece of paper to check the tightness of the door seals. Close the door on a piece of paper and see how much resistance there is when you pull it out. If the fit is very loose perhaps the door needs to be adjusted ... hard to tell without seeing the door alignment firsthand. If the rubber seals are hard a rubber conditioner/protectant may help.
