Heat only on the right vents and not on the left. Went thru the diagnostics and found the right heater was about 90-100 degrees hotter than the left. Changed the duovalve and life is good.

Took apart the thing and the resistance between the center and the side poles was about 15 - 16 ohms.

Washers were not swollen like Kar Tek's either.

Applied 12V to the middle and grounded the side terminals and they work.

I have tried rapping the old unit but nothing changed.
