I hear ya, my dad and I went to look at a MINT 81 and this guy totally restored it 100% down to the exact curl with the red wire on the alternator. He had the original tires stored, everything... I honestly think it was better than when it was new and it had I think like 20,000 miles on it. He even had this stainless steel DMC flask that came with the car as well as a truckload of books about DMC and John DeLorean.. It was amazing.. He only wanted 40k for it and said he's think about it when we told him 35k
It's just depressing though cause I can't afford one right now
How amazing would it be to have it as a daily driver for a bit? Be so much fun..
