I'd take the door panel off and inspect things...

THere should be a moisture barrier which is thin plastic. I bet a tech when he was in the door removed it- this make a big difference. You need to trace down what is rattling anyhow-

Doubt it's the door seal. Could be the window chanel strips. By the pictures I don't think those door seals would contribute significantly till your over 80 mph+.
