I don't know much about these cars -yet- but the 280CE is a 4 door car with a cloth interior completely covered front rear seats and arm rests with sheepskin. I was thinking being the same year it might work.

You have a 4 door and you want to know if seats from a 2 door will work? The front ones probably will, but the back is different in a coupe. I don't think it's as wide. Since coupe interiors are rarer, they're usually more expensive too. Someone will surely chime right in and correct me if I'm wrong.
