I'll have to find the list again, read it in the Detroit News, but three of the top-ten vehicles purchased (rated by quantity purchased under the program) were the full-size Ford pickup, full-size Chevy pickup, and an SUV which IIRC was the Equinox? Clearly not high-fuel-mileage vehicles.
