Not at all - just use google translate; it translates text and whole URL's.

I translated the word "headlamp" into german and used "w126 Scheinwerfer" as my search. Once I found a page, I just entered the whole URL and it translated everything.

Granted, the seller did speak english, but there wasn't any on his page (though "head lamp" was in the title).

To buy it, I just clicked "watch this item" to put it into "my ebay" so all the buy-it-now/bidding buttons and payment process would be in english.

This was the first time I tried something like this and it worked like a champ, language-wise.
