I found my automatic transmission fluid level being too high, might be filling too much fluid in while service.

Could any one kindly tell me how to check the fluid level of the automatic transmission gearbox of a 1992, 300E?

what is the level difference between cold and hot fluid?

What happen if it's over-filled?
