not exactly what I'd be interested in, but the builder definitely solved the problems in oil pan and steering clerances, by putting in a Corvette subframe.
I would think that a Camaro's subframe would also work. BTW: When the 1967 Camaro was designed, the GM designers looked at the W113 SL for subframe experience.
