George,
The old 190 master cylinder and booster work just fine with the 400E upgrade. There is not enough of a displacement addition to warrant needing to change them out. I've done the conversion on my old 1984 2.2 diesel chassis and it stops on the track just fine....in fact outbrakes Vettes! Keep them for spares!
