Personally, when I do complete brake fluid flush, I open up all 4 screws and just keep feeding the M/C reservoir until everything comes out clear.

You'll need 4 small bottles, a small wrench, and tubing to fit over the bleed screws (unless you don't mind making a mess) and a large bottle of fluid. You should also suck out enough fluid to see the bottom of the reservoir (but not enough to empty it) to make sure there's no chunks of anything that could cause problems making their way through the system.

While the old "loosen & push" method is recommended, I don't like using any sort of force on the fluid that's passing through the ABS system; it's very sensitive.
