I got back in the cleared lane after he passed and continued on. not 10 minutes later I crested a small hill and there was my buddy in the mustang backward and pointing 45 degrees into the air on the right side berm. My first thought was to roll down the window and wave to him and smile as I went by. I slowed and rolled down the window and asked if he needed help, and the idiot flips me off like its my fault. I just went on. I hardly saw any cars on the road so no telling how long he was going to be there, but I didnt feel at all guilty leaving him to his own devices

I had a similer inccident happen to me in the remininats of a tropical storm last year. It was raining like you wouldn't beleive and I was on the parkway going to my friends house for a hurricane party. Anyway I had new tires at the time on the SDL which were fantastic in the ran, even so 40 was about all you could do and that was probably pushing it. If I had a lighter car or worn tires I wouldn't have been able to do 40.
Some DB in a mitsubishi eclipse decides that 40 is way to slow for his cool ninja car and blows past me. I said to my friend watch this were going to see him in the ditch in 5 minutes. Sure enough we see him backwards on the grass with the back end of his car smashed into a bridge a mile up the road. I just slowed down long enough to make sure they were allright, both were walking around looking pretty miserable in the rain and mud. I kept going and let them have fun in the mess they created.
