BTW, has anyone ever looked into the availability of the air-horns that are mounted on diesel engines that pull 200+ box cars of product around this great country of ours? You know, those train horns that can wake the dead from 3 miles away?
That might be the ticket...can you see the guy in the "offending car" FINALLY waking up and wondering why the hell he's hearing a train horn and is he actually in some danger 'cause he can hear the train horn which sounds too uncomfortably close to him?

Do they need an air kompressor to work?
omg I would LOVE one of them, an air horn, to blast at every cell phone yakking, and texting driver I see. And there is no shortage of them, even though it is illegal to text and gab on the phone while driving in this state, and most offenders are typically females, and especially adolescent females.
Forcing them to pay attention, AND to drive with both hands would be a Public Service.
