It is good preventative maintenance. I run two cans of diesel purge through every 30k miles.
I'd have to agree with Compress ignite in my own experience. However, if you truly have clogged injectors rather than old ones the diesel purge will probably work well. For me, it runs great when you're running the stuff through the system, but once the cetane high wears off the engine goes back to its good ol' clacking.
