are those on the same circuit? if so, it almost sounds to me like you have a wire shorting on another in that circuit. or, if they arent on the same circuit, they may just be running by each other in the car, and could be touching.

might be time to just start tracing wires, Id start with the wiper motor feeds, trace em all the way back.
