By 2003 the V12 wasn't a terrible car.
You still can drop $3-5K quickly on that car. Expect $1-2K a year.
Ignition coils are $1500 & the 4 suspension struts are $1800 each!
Brakes are more $$$ due to AMG parts pricing.
No matter what...if the spark plugs are original, have them replaced! $500-750. (5 years max life!)
Also have the ABC suspension filter replaced & the fluid flushed, perform "rodeo"
Also make sure to change the trans fluid & filter.
