Sometimes the death penalty is not applied fairly, but I think this is one case where there were no doubts. I thought it was rather funny that Maryland who has no death penalty wanted Virginia to have the first shot at those guys. It's kind of like the US exporting suspected terrorists to other countries where they can be tortured. What do they call that?
