Texas is not that bad at all...
I remember that 5 years ago I got pulled over by a police officer for driving at 93 MPH... He did not seem to be very upset. In a very proper way he asked me to go with him to the nearest town and pay a fine of $ 186.00
Maybe because it was on " Thanksgiving day" his heart was kind !
Of course at that time I was living in Mexico and I was not familiar with the speeding limits in the US.
