P0 170 means that the engine computer isn't able to abjust the fuel mixture due to information from the various sensors.

Most likely causes are vacuum leaks, incorrect fuel pressure, OR a bad air mass flow sensor.

P0 700 is a generic engine code that suggests reading the codes from the TRANS computer, MB scanner required.

Yes you can & should service that trans.
