When i was a kid many years ago now the local welfare office had more than one woman around the corner renting kids with different shirts for each customer to bring into the building to prove dependants
they could start with stopping the abuse JuST like HC the gov system in place has billions in abuse, but they clame thats a saving when they get around to fixing Medacare YA RIGHT not in my life time
