The problem trying to rebuild those calipers is trying to find the casing half gaskets, the rest are easy to find.

You probably have a stuck caliper, but it wouldn't hurt to check out the rear hoses. They could potentially collapse inside causing pressure to not want to release back the way it came. Take off the hose and try to blow through it. If you can barely blow through it, replace it.
