You'll find the tumbler replacement is very very easy.

I think a piece of wire- approximately 2mm bent into a U and insert in the 2 holes. Trim piece pops off.


Maybe 15 minutes - there are some writeups on this site I'm sure.

Replace it and sleep soundly for a long time to come!
