I have in my possesion a JL 12w3 in a ported box. It was given to me for free. I have been using it for a couple days and today I noticed the sound quality from it was crap. I looked at the cone and the foam had seperated from it.The foam is still all together.

Is this a simple job like just reglue it back or do I need to get a refoam kit? It sat in my friends climate controlled garage for maybe 3 years.
