The amber circle with an exclamation mark in the center light is indeed the "exterior bulb out" indicator. Check the obvious such as brake and headlights, but also the 3rd brake (if your car has one), license plate lights, and side marker lights. Please note this light will only come on if the light burned out should be in use. Example: if you have a headlight out, the bulb out indicator will only come on when you have the headlights turned on...or if you have a burned out brake light, the light will illuminate when you press the brakes.

The brake pad sensor light looks more like this...

((O)) except the (( and )) are dashed lines, simulating brake pads going around the rotor.
