I'm still searching to find out exactly where the fuel pump relay and overvoltage relays are on my car, as advised by responder "mak".

Based on your info, that will be my next step. I'm a little concerned about taking too much apart to get to things because no matter how careful I am it seems that the disassembly always results in something getting broken, cracked, etc.
