Then what plugs into the port in the vcv that doesn't go to the vac modulator?
Vacuum from the pump goes into a T above the VCV. The far end of the T goes to the modulator and the bull goes to the VCV with a green and white dashpot in the line.

The second VCV port that's on the side is a vent. It ends up inside the cabin and allows air into the vacuum system (to bleed vacuum).
