Hey guys, I need to put my door panel back together since I have to leave for school on sunday. Since I still have not received my replacement vacuum door lock pod, can I just reattach everything without reglueing the plastic paneling back or is this a major no no?

I'll have the door off on the 20th to reinstall this newer pod, but I don't want to damaged the door frame by leaving off this plastic covering.

Edit: It's the moisture barrier I am talking about.
