A'stan is a crappy $hithole of a country. Good for absolutely nothing. Country ain't going nowhere cause it has few resources. Iraq has oil, so it has hope. A'stan has________?

The Soviet Union kept them pre-occupied and tied down for ten years (with US agitation in the mix). They declared victory and went home with about 13,000 or so killed. After a while, trouble sprouted and eventually boiled over with 9/11. Now it's our decade to keep them tied down in their back yard. We'll leave eventually and say by 2020, there will need to be another smackdown. Maybe China will then step up and be ass kicker for a decade.

Frankly, with so little going for it, I think we need to evacuate the population, and declare it off limits....and/or lay it to waste. (Plan R.)
