103 specific faults ; as mentioned above Do replace the fuel filter as well as the adjoining fuel accumulator while you are at it.
Fuel pump relay; Most likely it has developed a cold solder joint . re-solder or replace . this is one symptom of fault
same for the OVP . these two components age -fail on the 103 replace and you should have a reliable car again.
