I have not read of any reason not to reuse the "Washer Head" Blots (I reused mine).
I have read of them breaking during removal but do not recall reading of one just breaking by itself.

If you are worried about over tightening it if the FSM has a torque for it use that. Maybe someone will supply that torque for you.
