These are the perfect drop in replacement's for you car, they are Rainbow products.

I just ordered these from this company, beautiful packaging but I haven't installed them yet. I only bought the front set because I am exploring options on what I should do on the back door cards since they are shot and I do not have replacement door cards at the moment.

Front & Rear W124 speakers are 120mm unfortunately, and if you go to Crutchfield you get this message. X__X
Thanks for the response!...that's great news...after I figure out how to get the grills off, I was going to have to find appropriate replacement speakers, and I didn't want to "make" something fit vs. having perfect drop-ins. The Rainbow units look to be just what the Dr. ordered!

You are right...other than my car, I have seen precious few 124 wagons with intact rear speaker grills. Other than a little scuffing of the paint, they are perfect and untouched. Since mine are so nice, I don't want to screw them up trying to get them off without knowing the proper technique. If you can post pictures of the back-side of the grills with the mounting tabs, I can probably figure out the right procedure. Also- any personal experience/tips you have would be greatly appreciated!
