WOW. That is some kinda tech. My eyes are good enough so that that sort of thing seems too risky. And I'd have to pay for it.

I'm curious though, how do you specify which part of the lens you're using? With bifocals, it depends on where you aim your eyes - up or down. How does it work with your situation?
