If the 12 morons do not give away money because they feel it is free money and they would rather err on the side of the little guy when there is an insurance corp or some other corp or govt, etc, etc. Do you think the stupid awards are the end of it? I think not. For the next case, the lawyer will use that old case and say "Well, it costs you $1000 to go to court and the 12 morons will side with me, more than likely. So, the average award is $10000. Lets call it quits at say $6000.".
