For cold start issues it could be your accumulator if its not holding pressure overnight. Only way to rule it off is replacement, or to get a CIS fuel pressure tester. I doubt your Cold start injector is the issue. You can always pull it out and start the car and see if it is leaking or spraying any fuel at all.
