Being in the food industry, I'd like to say Hats off once again to those of you who have to work this 4th of July. Once again, as is my custom during a holiday, I WILL NOT BE EATING OUT I wish you all a great holiday weekend.

I'd like to thank also all the nurses and doctors, firemen and policemen, park rangers and law enforcement, and anyone who provides essential services who work hard to make sure we have a safe and happy 4th of July.
