It's not logical to work with the Russian site when MBUSA provides free access to the entire USA parts system.
You can run a "datacard" on your vehicle and obtain all the same information.
If there's any difference the official system will be the accurate one.

You can also look up parts for your car, and if you enter your VIN there won't be any question which parts are correct.
