13grams is not a lot of imbalance-
FWIW, I am working on an ancient lathe that was once run by an overhead belt system. In the web of the upper pulley are 8 3/8" drilled clear through the 1/2" cast iron. This is to balance it, it might seam like a lot, but it's balanced now.
