That explains so much I have seen working on this stupid apartment complex. Like the people who see you operating a telehandler (all terrain forklift) with a guy in a basket 20' off the ground, and honk at you so they can go to their assigned parking space to avoid walking the extra 15' from the open space they are at.
Of course, then those people complain to the complex management that I so rudely blocked them-
