however, i do believe that mr. arenas, by dint of his actions, has made a very strong argument for greater gun control. even you diehard gun rights people can't believe that such a dummy should be allowed to own a gun?
please tell me why he should ever have that right, based on his actions?

Private gun ownership there is as restricted as possible.
His actions were illegal.
Pass more laws, and his actions will still be illegal.
He is a criminal already. How do you make criminals obey the law?
