ok, here's the scoop. part number 615 055 0150 is actually the bushing for the rocker arms. this part is no longer available from mercedes benz. one has to purchase the entire rocker arm assembly to obtain this part. on the other hand, the valve rotators are STILL available from the dealership (yeah!). probably the cost of stocking the parts is playing into some of these "not a stocking item" issues....
