ERRRRRRR (?)

'Should not have to remove bumper to get Radiator out.

I assume you are talking about the "Gasket" (Rubber) between the PLASTIC
tank and the Body of the Aluminum radiator?

Good Luck !

Usually the little Aluminum tabs on the Radiator (that hold the Gasket TIGHT)
suffer from HOT to COLD cycles (Over Years of use) and are BRITTLE.
It takes a special machine to ReCrimp the Aluminum Tabs and usually 5-10
don't make it through the process.AND as a result the Radiator leaks.
