I absolutely love the W124; would I ever have to get rid of the W126, I would definitely trade her in for an E420 just like yours
Funny thing is, my parents have/had a '97 E320, and a 2001 E430; the E320 was in the shop for 6 months for its darned transmission at only 75,000 miles, and the E430 with about 68,000 miles shifts weird to me; might just be me not used to a 5-speed...
